Who would have thought the company responsible for burying electric car technology in the 1990’s would have THREE cars in the top 5 finalists for the Green Car of the Year awards? GM’s Yukon hybrid - the 8-seater SUV that improves the traditional model’s fuel efficiency by 30% - took top honors, with the Saturn Aura hybrid and Chevy Malibu hybrid also running in the top 5.
